Let me ask you a simple question. I want to be part of tryouts soccer even if I am not in shape and haven’t played soccer for a very long time. don’t ponder about it. If you go over these simple steps you will soon be ready to participate.

Being a soccer coach yourself, you must know that coaches eye the strongest players to make up the most promising team. sometimes only few players may be selected who fit to the current plan.

During soccer tryouts there are lot many variables that needs to be considered.

Once you know what a coach is actually looking for during the soccer tryouts, you can focus on showing off your kid’s skills and personality that will make them successful in the tryouts.

Soccer Training

A player has to exhibit the following things which the coaches and soccer association will be looking for

Skill: The main aspect of evaluation of the coach of how well the player performs the skill that are necessary to play soccer. If the players can’t exhibit these skills consistently during soccer tryout, it’s very difficult for the player to perform during the game. For takers skills like control of the ball during tapping, dribbling, passing. You must also look at their soccer knowledge and instincts.

Conditioning: A player with excellent conditioning coupled with average skills will always attract the coach’s eye. A player who loses breath just 15 mins into soccer tryout will be treated similarly If your players can’t withstand the tryouts soccer they let themselves and the team down.

the coach will be wondering why the player is not fit if you are not in shape in soccer it show either of the following that you don’t care or you are lazy or you very un professional thinking that being out of shape wouldn’t matter.

Attitude: The player must always have the potential and should seek to learn Do the player exhibit the potential to perform all the task to his best every time?

have they got the willingness to learn new things and constantly improve themselves? Are they flexible? Does the player have the open mind to accept his fallacies and improve on his skills Are they open to change and learn from their new positions without any complaints?

When the soccer tryouts are over; pay attention to what happens next. Most of the time the soccer tryouts are running to many days the coach might inform you immediately if your player has made to the team. Sometimes they might call or drop you a letter to your home about their decision. don’t ask the coach whether your player has succeeded or not

At last make sure you don’t leave behind your values in the field Say good bye to the coach and thank him for his time and feedback in preparing you for the soccer tournament.
