Saturated fats of creamy foods eventually become cholesterol in the body.

Many pure dairy products such as cheeses, butter and fresh milk are also rich in saturated fats and cholesterol. Although foods high in cholesterol are dangerous in elevating a person’s LDL levels, there are also some aspects of these foods which may add to the health of the person. Eating minimal amounts of these foods is acceptable enough to keep the cholesterol levels in check.
