There is no shortage of types of water, however which water is best for my needs? I’ve decided to drink only water that has been distilled. I’ll tell you why.
I must take many capsules each day. A lot means 42-45 pills a day. Clearly, this is a big number. I have to make sure that I get down each and every one of them without throwing them up.
As a result of the drugs I that needed to have, I now have other aliments. I have to take more pills that counteract these prior medical problems. By way of example, I developed osteoporosis and have needed to get down calcium capsules every day. This resulted from all of the Prednisone, because of my Crohn’s disease. As a result, I am required to take several calcium osteoporosis supplement pills to counter this bone calcium problem. That is the reason why I must get down so many pills each day. As I swallow these pills, I cannot help but notice chemicals that have been added to our tap water.
I’m not sure why, but my town gets water with a high chlorine level. The odor is very distinct to me. The water company sends quality notices that say the district’s water gets supplemented with many chemicals. These chemicals worry me.
I expect that some chemicals would be there, because the water flows out of nature. However, some of the other stuff is shocking. The water district covers a large area, and they must ensure that the water is will not make us sick. Check out the information that get delivered in the water bill envelope, and you’ll see what I mean. While ignorance might seem to be bliss, understanding these water additives is important.
One time a friend stopped by to see me and we had a conversation about water purity. He is on the road quite a bit, and he commented that he travels with distilled water. Why, I asked? He commented that this is the one water he can be sure of. Besides, he can buy distilled, purified water in any market.
That was interesting. In the past, I had just used distilled water for ironing. After learning about his use of distilled water, my Crohns has gotten somewhat worse. Due to my health, I now have to get down quite a few more pills. In addition to my Crohn’s drugs, I also must swallow vitamins and supplements, including multivitamins and some extra vitamins along with a calcium pyruvate 750 supplement that are medically prescribed.
Due to my Crohn’s, I am very affected by odors that make me throw up. So, things work better to drink only distilled water, because I must always take all my drugs and supplements each day.
