Eat plenty of foods that are low in fluoride such as red meats, milk, eggs, fruit such as lemon, banana, coconut, watermelon, and pineapple. Make sure that you are keeping up on your dental health and that you are reducing the amount of sugars and starches that you eat.
It is not at all difficult to observe that it is very difficult indeed to avoid entirely fluoride all together. But as long as you are taking as many precautions as you can you should be just fine.
